Documents from the University of Ferrara Historical Archive can be consulted on location at 64/A Fossato di Mortara Street by telephone appointment or, preferably, by e-mail.
The Library Collection established over time became an extremely useful tool for consultation and interpretation of the archival documents of the Historical Archive, includes 98 ancient texts and can be consulted through the online catalogue.
